Dear Mr. Jackson,

It gives me great pleasure to accept The Booker High School Science Academy into the Reef Ball Foundationís Grant Program, Reefs Around The Nation. We place a high priority on educational programs, and your letter demonstrates that your organization places a strong emphasis on educating youth on the importance of the ocean eco-system.

It will be in your programs best interest to confer with us about the parameters of your project, so you can select the most appropriate size molds for your project. Please call and we will be happy to assist in designing the ideal program for your specific goals.

In order to ship your molds, we must first receive your deposit which is fully refundable when the mold is returned in good condition. We also ask that your implement a monitoring program and send us press clippings and periodic progress reports pertinent to Reef Ball activities. (2 video monitorings per year)

From reading over your grant application, I see you have already put a lot of work and thought into this project. We look forward to working with you in creating an exceptional Oceanography and Marine Biology program. Please give Todd Barber in our Sarasota office a call when you have further questions.
