Dear Ms. Grassett,

It gives me great pleasure to accept in principle the Sarasota Sportfishing Anglers Club into the Reef Ball Foundation’s Grant Program. We place a high priority on educational programs and your letter demonstrates that your organization places a strong emphasis on environmental awareness.

Grant Requirements:

Deposit:

In lieu of deposit, we require a credit card number or a check for the deposit amount that we will hold and not deposit unless damages occur.

Number of balls deployed:

30 balls must be produced every month in order to keep the molds.

If there are less than 30 balls produced per month, the molds must be returned.

Due to the number of projects in your area, the molds might need to be shared with other organizations.

Video Monitoring:

We require two video monitorings per year.

Our requirements are implemented to achieve our mission of getting as many balls in the water as we can and video monitoring is essential to track our progress. We hope that this project will be a great success for you. Please call if you have any questions regarding the grant requirements.
