Dear Mr. Stewman,
It gives me great pleasure to accept in principle the Sea Explorer Program into the Reef Ball Foundation's Grant Program. We place a high priority on educational programs, and your letter demonstrates that your organization places a strong emphasis on educating youth on the importance of reef systems.
It will be in your programs best interest to confer with us about the parameters of your project, so you can select the most appropriate size molds for your project. Please call and we will be happy to assist in designing the ideal program for your specific goals. In order to ship your mold, we must first receive your deposit which is fully refundable when the mold is returned in good condition. Bay Balls will require a $500 deposit, Pallet Balls will require a $1,000 deposit and Reef Balls will require a $1,500 deposit. Let me also suggest that other foundations are usually inclined to fund these projects since their investment is returned. We also ask that you send us press clippings and periodic progress reports pertinent to Reef Ball activities.
We look forward to working with the Sea Explorer Program in creating an exceptional Oceanography and Marine Biology program. Please give me a call if you have any questions.
