Mold Owners
The Hong Kong Government, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Reference: C0792/98/D purchase 5 Ultra Ball Molds on 01/25/1999. They were licensed under the Reef Bal Foundation's Reefs Around the World Grant Program for use by the Government for Research Projects (non-commercial use) in Hong Kong only. They did not receive formal mold use training.
