Chris Rothwell Michigan, USA Grade 11 I am attending The Island School because I think it will be a great experience. I am excited about helping to protect the environment and learning about Eleutheran culture. During the semester, I hope to have a positive impact on the reefs surrounding the island and help make it possible for future generations to enjoy them. I am especially looking forward to diving and the amount of time I will have in and on the water. I am apprehensive about leaving my friends for three months, but my sophomore sister is seriously awaiting having a car to herself. Back at my high school, I play varsity hockey and football. I also do the lighting for drama productions. Other interests include scuba diving, computer design, paintball and music.
